Entry requirements

In order to study four Level 3 qualifications in year 12, we expect students to have achieved a minimum of five grade 5 qualifications at GCSE in subjects relevant to their choices at sixth form.

Applications for September 2022 admissions have now closed.

If you are from The Holgate or Queen Elizabeth’s Academies, please contact Miss Hall – shall@diverse-ac.org.uk.

Candidates from other centres who have not yet applied should contact us on GCSE results day to enquire as to if we have places remaining.

A note on our Academy Partnership

Teachers at HSFC come from from both The National Church of England and The Holgate Academy, as a result a data sharing agreement exists between these schools to ensure both an educational and a health and safety needs of all students are met.

Late year 10/early year 11

  • Meet our team and hear from current students

By 3 December 2021

  • Decide Hucknall is the sixth form for you
  • Get in touch if you have any queries
  • Complete and submit your application form

After you apply

  • Attend an interview with a member of the sixth form leadership team
  • Discuss your aims and we will check your suitability for the course(s)

Next steps

  • If successful, we will offer you a place subject to successful GCSE results
